Car Tint for Students and Commuters
Cars that sit uncovered in the sun all day get brutally hot, and a black steering wheel in July is no joke. Whether you are an ASU student, a commuter on the I-10 or the 101, or you just moved to Tempe, tint makes daily driving more comfortable.
It cuts heat and glare, blocks UV rays and adds privacy for anything you leave in the car. Maxpro Carbon Extreme is a strong everyday choice, and nano-ceramic Max IR gives the most heat rejection. We will walk you through both so you get the look you want on a realistic budget.
Out-of-State Tint? We Can Check It
We see a lot of cars that come to Arizona from other states, and tint laws are not the same everywhere. Front side windows here must let in at least 33% of light.
If your car came with tint from out of state and you are not sure it is legal here, we can take a look and help you fix it.
Office and Commercial Window Film in Tempe
Tempe is home to a lot of offices, from the Town Lake area to business parks across the city. Commercial window film reduces glare on screens, keeps conference rooms and lobbies from overheating and adds privacy on ground-floor offices. We work around your schedule to keep disruption low.
Home Window Film for Tempe Residents
From older ranch homes in South Tempe to condos and townhomes near downtown, window film cuts heat and glare and protects floors and furniture from UV fading.
If you rent, check with your landlord or HOA before installing film on a home.
Arizona Tint Law at a Glance
Arizona law (A.R.S. 28-959.01) sets the limits. Darker front windows may be allowed with a written medical statement from a physician or optometrist, kept in the vehicle.
Must let in at least 33% of light.
Any darkness is allowed.
Non-reflective film above the AS-1 line only.
On side windows. No red or amber tint.
Film Cut to Your Exact Windows
We use film-cutting software and a plotter to cut film to the exact size of your vehicle's windows. That means clean edges and a consistent fit on every window.
Choose Your Film
We install Maxpro window films, in two product lines.
Maxpro Carbon Extreme

Tempe Window Tinting FAQ
Can you tint my car at my apartment complex?
In most cases, yes, as long as we have room to work around the vehicle. Tell us where you are parked when you book, and check any rules your complex has about service work in the lot.
What does the tint percentage mean?
It is how much light the film lets through. A 5% film lets in 5% of light (very dark), while a 35% film lets in 35% (lighter). In Arizona, front side windows must let in at least 33%.
How long does it take?
Most car tint jobs take about two hours. Afterward, keep your windows rolled up for 48 hours.
